JOHSPA Commemorates World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2026

JOHSPA successfully commemorated World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2026 through a series of meaningful activities designed to raise awareness, foster engagement, and promote dialogue on this year's theme, "Ensuring a Healthy Psychosocial Work Environment." The week of observance commenced with a worship service at the Portmore Missionary Church on April 26 , bringing members and stakeholders together in reflection and fellowship as the Association officially launched its activities. To broaden public awareness, JOHSPA participated in a radio interview on Nationwide 90 FM, highlighting the importance of occupational safety and health and discussing the significance of creating healthy psychosocial work environments across Jamaican workplaces.
